Vision:

Gloria Nelson Event Design, LLC strives through continuing education and strategic networking to provide the most innovative components for meeting and event design and management in tandem with the best resources available as strategic partners.  These areas include travel and site management, marketing communications message development and supportive graphics, design and development of corporate theater and staging, themed event production, talent, entertainment and speaker procurement, scripting, presenter coaching, audio/visual, lighting and special effects.

 

 

Policies:
Each meeting and event is thoroughly researched, designed, coordinated, marketed and evaluated to maximize our client’s return on investment at what’s important to C-Level Executives, making their staff more productive and adding to the bottom line.  Fastidious attention is not only paid to aesthetic and logistical positioning, but security and risk management vulnerability, GAP analysis and focus on achieving the targeted goals. Each process is of paramount import and done collaboratively with our clients as a team proposition.
